HTC Desire 10 pro launched in India; HTC 10 evo is coming soon

In a press event in India today, HTC launched the HTC Desire 10 pro, the company’s latest premium mid-range smartphone that was announced in September. The company also shared that the recently introduced HTC 10 evo will also launch in India by end of December.

Powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, the Desire 10 pro runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC Sense UI on top. It sports an ultra-fast fingerprint senor that also allows you to click a selfie or record a selfie video in an instant.

HTC 10 evo (aka HTC Bolt in the US) makes its international debut

The HTC 10 evo, the international version of the previously announced HTC Bolt, has officially been announced. Rumors about its reveal made the Internet rounds last week, thanks to a invite sent by HTC to a press event earlier today in Taiwan.

HTC Bolt to launch in Europe as HTC 10 Evo – LlabTooFer

HTC, the struggling manufacturer from Taiwan, has recently announced its latest smartphone called the Bolt. The device offers quite a bit of power and looks very similar to the HTC 10. Nevertheless, a lot of smartphone enthusiasts across the world weren’t happy when it launched. The reason for this is that the HTC Bolt is a Sprint-exclusive device, and will only be available in the US.

At least that was what we initially thought. According to the latest rumors, the device will eventually launch in other markets as well, under a different name. Well-known ROM developer@LlabTooFeR tweeted that the Bolt will be sold in the EMEA region —  Europe, Middle East, and Africa — [...]
